THE VISION

Dreamers Collaborative began towards the end of 2023 just as its name sounds – with a dream.

For ten years after college, I worked with a non-profit focusing on personal and spiritual development. I mentored, resourced and walked alongside dozens of amazing women. Being constantly surrounded by others who had a bent towards growth was constant fuel to me on my own growth journey. Those years produced immeasurable change in the ways I thought about myself, my viewpoints of the world, and the way I pursued growth in general.

Though my career path has taken several (sometimes surprising) turns, I’ve been so grateful to have women who have supported me, offered advice, and been willing to journey with me through many seasons. These women have allowed me the same privilege into their lives, sharing their challenges, growth goals, and dreams.

I know firsthand the power of possibility when women become other women’s cheerleaders, encouraging each other toward their dreams and becoming their community along the way.

Isn’t that what we all want?

We want to be known, believed in, and supported.

We want to feel like we’re changing for the better every day; showing up fully as the best version of ourselves.

And in our hardest seasons, we want to know that we’re not alone.

Let’s be honest.

Deciding to grow as a person and then weaving that decision into everyday life is HARD.

Finding a community of support when you’re already exhausted from that daily life is even HARDER.

Finding a community that sees and supports you as a whole woman, beyond individual roles you may play in your career, as a girl-boss, a student, single gal, wife, mom etc, is almost impossible.

I launched Dreamers Collaborative to get us all in the same room…

…to fill that room with encouragement

…to ask challenging questions

…to cheer one another on towards our dreams

…to allow women to meet other women in similar AND different seasons of life

…to resource women to reach their potential.

I launched Dreamers Collaborative to do exactly what its name says – to create space to allow women to collaborate with other women towards our dreams.

Imagine what we could accomplish when we pool our knowledge, resources, personalities, and grit, and then channel that towards the support of other women.

Women hold up half the sky.
